Condolence
The North Shillong Block Congress Committee has conveyed its condolence to the bereaved family of one of its member late Shyam Konwar. “He played a significant role in the block and he will be remembered as a good friend, a party loyalist and a great team player. Though he left us but his legacy will live among us. You will be missed deeply,” the Congress committee said in a statement issued here.
