SHILLLONG, Aug 11: The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya organised a webinar series on ‘Implementation of the New Education Policy 2020’, which concluded on Wednesday.
According to a statement, the webinar was organised in a bid to make all concerned of the NIT Meghalaya au courant with the fundamentals of NEP 2020 and its procedures as well as probable policies.
“These speakers, during the webinar, highlighted the main feature of NEP which is self-reliance, forms of future technologies which are making waves in today’s world, major reforms in higher education, technological advancements and integration in the education sector, commercialisation of education and so on,” the statement said.
