People throng Bara Bazar during curfew relaxation hours in Shillong

SHILLONG, August 17: Residents of the city apparently resorted to panic buying of essentials on Wednesday during the period when the curfew was relaxed as a sense of fear and uncertainty has gripped the citizens in view of the prevailing law and order situation in Shillong Agglomeration.
