5-day prog gets under way

SHILLONG, Aug 23: North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) Vice Chancellor, Prof PS Shukla on Monday inaugurated a five-day faculty development programme on ‘Productivity Enhancement’ organised by Department of Environmental Studies, NEHU, in collaboration with ATAL-AICTE with resource persons from The Art of Living.
According to a statement, the workshop was attended by participants from across the country.
The VC, during the programme, congratulated the department for organising the programme and spoke about the importance of effective stress management in a collective manner to enhance group productivity.
He also highlighted the importance of India as the second-largest human resource and the potential of productivity enhancement therein.
