Noted lawyer Syngkon passes away

SHILLONG, August 29: Noted lawyer and former Additional Advocate General, WHD Syngkon passed away at NEIGRIHMS  early thus  morning at the age of 70.
The body of late Syngkon will be taken to his residence at Mawkhar before he is cremated at Jaiaw Jingthang Briew thisevening.
