Programme
Startup India, in collaboration with PRIME Meghalaya, will organise an entrepreneurship programme as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav programme at the Prime Startup Hub, JN Stadium, 5th Polo Ground, in Shillong, on Saturday from 10 AM to 1 pm. Chairman of Meghalaya Farmers Commission, KN Kumar, will attend programme as the chief guest.
Rice released
PDS quota of rice has been released for AAY card holders at 35kg per card at 3 per kg, 5 kg per head at Rs 3 per kg for PHH card holders and 7.215 kg per card at the cost fixed by the Vigilance Committee of not more than Rs 15 per kg for Non-NFSA card holders for the month of September, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Sohra Civil Subdivision, informed. Rice free of cost under PMGKAY at 5 kg per head for AAY and PHH card holders for September has also been released.
