108 fresh cases, three deaths

SHILLONG, Sep 27: The state on Sunday recorded 108 new COVID-19 cases while three more patients from East Khasi Hills succumbed to the infection taking the death toll in the state to 1,395.
The active tally now stands at 1,752 while 77,750 patients have recovered so far. There were 230 recoveries on Monday.
72 fresh cases were reported in East Khasi Hills, 15 in West Jaintia Hills, nine each in Ri Bhoi and West Khasi Hills, two in South West Khasi Hills and one in West Garo Hills.
