SHILLONG, Sept 29:  The Chief Secretary of Meghalaya, M S Rao who is retiring tomorrow, has been appointed as the Chief Commissioner of the State Public Service Delivery Commission as per the Meghalaya Right to Public Service Act, 2020, according to an official notification issued today.
