SHILLONG, Oct 6: United Democratic Party (UDP) to field Ashahel D Shira from Rajabala Legislative Assembly Constituency (LAC) in the forthcoming Assembly by-election to be held on October 30 next.
The UDP has decided to extend support to National People’s Party (NPP) candidate, Pyniaid Syiem in Mawryngkneng LAC in the by-poll.
