61 fresh cases, three deaths

SHILLONG, Oct 18: The state on Monday recorded 61 fresh COVID-19 cases while three more patients succumbed to the infection taking the death toll to 1,438.
The active tally stands at 777 while 80,799 patients have recovered so far including 126 in the last 24 hours.
38 fresh cases were reported from East Khasi Hills, 13 from West Khasi Hills, eight from Ri Bhoi and two from West Jaintia Hills.
