NONGPOH, Oct 20: In yet another accident in Ri Bhoi District, a truck transporting charcoal overturns on National Highway-6 at Saiden early morning today.
Interestingly, the number plate of the truck has been removed and the driver and helper had fled from the scene. In this connection, police are investigating to trace the driver and owner of the vehicle.
