13 fresh cases in state, lowest in 201 days

SHILLONG, Oct 25: With only 13 fresh COVID-19 cases, the state recorded its lowest daily tally in 201 days while no death was reported in the past 24 hours.
The previous lowest daily number of cases was five, recorded on April 7.
The active tally has come down to 587 while 81,351 have recovered so far including 65 on the day.
Eight cases were detected in East Khasi Hills, two in West Jaintia Hills and one each in Ri Bhoi, South West Khasi Hills and West Khasi Hills.
