3rd Division Football: Laitlyngkot, Sohryngkham register wins

SHILLONG, Nov 15: Sohryngkham SC came from a goal behind to fashion a 2-1 win in their Third Division football match against Nongmensong SC here on Monday. Roney Thabah had kept Nongmensong in the lead with his 24th minute goal. But Dolanki Nongkhlaw equalised for Sohryngkham seven minutes later before Nowell Dkhar made scored the decisive goal in the 55th minute. In another match, Laitlyngkot held on to a one goal advantage to defeat Umlyngka. Banlamkupar Kharakor scored the lone goal of the match in the 41st minute. On Tuesday’s Third Division games, Lumdiengjri SC face Lapalang SC at 12 pm while Krang SC take on Nongumlong SC at 2:15.
