37 fresh cases, no death

SHILLONG, Nov 17: The state on Wednesday recorded 37 fresh COVID-19 cases while no death from the viral infection was reported in the past 24 hours.
The active tally now stands at 265 while 82,386 people have recovered from the viral infection including 34 on the day. The death toll remains at 1465.
20 new cases were reported in East Khasi Hills, seven in East Garo Hills, four in West Garo Hills, three in Ri Bhoi and one each in West Jaintia Hills and west Khasi Hills.
