SHILLONG, Nov 22: Police caught as many as five youths consuming narcotic substances under Harrison Bridge in the city on Monday.
Police said that the Rangbah Dong Oxford immediately reported the matter to the Kench’s Trace Beat House after catching the youths in the act. Around 1.35 gram of heroin was seized along with three syringes.
A case under NDPS is being taken up.
