JOWAI, Nov 29: A thirty-year-old man, Special Dkhar, of Wapung Shnong, Iongpohsiej locality in East Jaintia Hills, has reportedly gone missing from his residence since Friday.
According to the relatives, Dkhar was not keeping well.
