Shillong, Dec 1: Another senior leader of Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee. Dr Manash Das Gupta today resigned from the primary membership of the party with immediate effect according to his resignation letters addressed to the President of the MPCC. He has been associated with the party for 36 years.
