Meghalaya Civil Defence & Home Guards will celebrate its 59th Annual Day on Monday at the Parade Ground of Central Training Institute of Civil Defence & Home Guards, Mawdiangdiang. According to a statement, Mawryngkneng MLA, Pyniaid Sing Syiem, will attend the programme as the chief guest.
Natl Lok Adalat
The District Legal Services Authority, West Jaintia Hills, will organise National Lok Adalat at the court of District and Sessions Judge, Jowai, on December 11 at 11 am. According to a statement, matters pertaining to bank recovery cases, criminal compoundable cases, labour dispute cases, land acquisition cases, matrimonial cases, among others, will be taken up.
