Conrad addresses Statehood Day function on virtual mode

Shillong, Jan 21 : Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma could not be physically present at J N Stadium here to address the state-level celebration of the Golden Jubilee of Meghalaya’s Statehood today because of illness.

The Chief Minister chose to address the gathering on virtual mode from his official residence at Polo Hills in the city.

It was learnt that the CM would undergo COVID test today and has isolated himself after he developed symptoms.
