SHILLONG, Jan 28: Nongmensong beat MLP cricket team by 7 wickets in the Super Division of the Shillong Cricket League here on Friday. Winning the toss and batting first, MLP could scored 101/10 wickets in 29.2 overs. Steve Syiemlieh top scored with 18 runs in 47 balls. Shavian Blah (3/21) and Player of the Match, Anish charak (2/16) ,were the pick of the bowlers for Nongmensong.
In reply, Nongmynsong chased the target in 22.3 overs losing 3 wickets. Jaskirat Sachdeva (30 runs in 38 balls) and Arpit Bhatewara (26 runs in 37 balls) top scored. For MLP, Morningstar khongwir returned with figures of 1/13 in 6 overs.
