Four deaths, 362 fresh cases

SHILLONG, Jan 30: The state on Sunday recorded 362 fresh cases of COVID-19 while four more patients succumbed to the viral infection in the past 24 hours taking the death toll to 1,522.
Two deaths were reported in East Khasi Hills, one in West Jaintia Hills and another in East Jaintia Hills. The active tally stands at 2,353 while 87,009 people have recovered from the viral infection including 424 on the day.
149 fresh cases were reported in East Khasi Hills, 133 in West Garo Hills, 20 in Ri-Bhoi, 13 in South West Garo Hills, ten in South West Khasi Hills and North Garo Hills, eight in West Jaintia Hills, six in East Garo Hills, five in South Garo Hills, four in Eastern West Khasi Hills, three in East Jaintia Hills and one in West Khasi Hills.
