Immunisation
In a bid to ensure full immunisation of children and pregnant women, the Health & Family Welfare department will conduct the ‘Intensified Mission Indradhanush 4.0’ in East Khasi Hills from February 7 to 14. Meanwhile, parents have been requested to bring their children below two years of age who are due for immunisation to the session sites in their respective locality for vaccination. Headmen, NGOs, church leaders etc., have also been asked to disseminate awareness about the weeklong programme.
