Dorbar Shnong alleges violation of court order

SHILLONG, Feb 8: The Dorbar Shnong of Bishnupur Kench’s Trace has accused the Acting Syiem of Hima Mylliem, Ainam Manik Syiem, of failing to rectify the errors on the appointment letter (sanad) issued to the newly elected Rangbah Shnong, KD Nongbri, in violation of the Meghalaya High Court order.
Speaking to the reporters here on Tuesday, Nongbri said the Acting Syiem of Hima Mylliem has failed to comply with the court order as the deadline for the same ended on January 15.
