All students from Meghalaya, save one, evacuated

SHILLONG, March 6: Meghalaya’s chapter of evacuating its students from war-torn Ukraine came to an end on Sunday with the 42 out of the total 43 evacuees landing in New Delhi and the last one deciding to stay back in Poland with relatives.
Resident Commissioner of Meghalaya House in New Delhi, Sampath Kumar said that 41 students have already arrived in India and another student will reach the national capital on Monday. The 43rd student is in Poland.
