Peter Dkhar appointed Interlocutor of peace talks with HNLC

Shillong, March 10: Former East Khasi Hills (EKH) DC, Peter Dkhar has been appointed the Interlocutor for the proposed peace talks between the HNLC and the Government of India. It has been confirmed by the State Home Minister, Lahkmen Rymbui.

Dkhar’s name was suggested by the State Government and the Centre has cleared it
