Awareness on blood donation

SHILLONG, March 29: As many as 85 students, comprising NSS volunteers and NCC cadets, of Sankardev College, Shillong, partook in an awareness programme on blood donation and a subsequent blood donation camp recently in the city.
Organised by the NSS unit of Sankardev College, the programme was attended by a team of medical professionals from the Regional Blood Centre, Pasteur Institute, along with the NSS programme officers of the college.
An interactive session was also held during which various queries and doubts of students on blood donation were addressed.
