Two local footballers to play for I-League side Sreenidi

SHILLONG, April 3: Two footballers from the state – Pynkmenlang Marbaniang and Aiborlang Kharthangmaw – have been selected to play for I-League unit Sreenidi Deccan Football Club from Andhra Pradesh. Pynkmenlang was selected for the U-18 team while Aiborlang will play for the U-15 side. Both players had taken part in the Grassroot Youth Development SDFC trials held in Hyderabad, earlier in February.
