Churchill come from behind to beat Kenkre

Naihati, April 10: Kenkre FC missed the chance to pick up their first win of the I-League 2021/22 season as Churchill Brothers FC Goa came from behind to register a solid 2-1 win at Naihati Stadium on Sunday.
It was an own goal from Momo Cisse that gave Kenkre a 1-0 lead. But late goals from Komron Tursunov and Kenneth Ikechuwku helped Churchill Brothers get the lead and they managed to hold on to the same till the final whistle to get all three points.
In the other match, Rajasthan FC’s Pedro Manzi struck a late 90th minute goal to allow his side a 2-2 draw against Real Kashmir. Mason Robertson (4’ & 43’) scored twice for Real Kashmir while Alocious Muthayyan (75’) reduced Rajasthan’s deficit to bring hopes of a comeback. (ANI)
