Condolence
The Gorkha Secondary School Alumni Association, 3rd Mile, Upper Shillong, in its executive committee meeting on Sunday, condoled the demise of Roshni Joshi on May 2, an alumnus of the school and member of the association. The association observed a two-minute silence as a mark of respect, a statement issued here said.
Felicitation
A group of 26 students, which includes eight boys and 18 girls, received their diploma certificate during the felicitation programme organised by YMCA Shillong for students completing six months of DCA Course at the YMCA Computer Training centre. Others who were present included YMCA vice president CO Ryngad, honorary secretary JR Myrboh, and treasurer Gideon Kharkongor besides teachers.
