SHILLONG, June 29: Meghalaya Governor Satya Pal Malik has allowed Executive Engineer, PWD (Buildings), Ransom Sutnga, to proceed for voluntary retirement with effect from June 30.
It is important to note here that Sutnga is planning to contest the upcoming assembly polls on an NPP ticket from North Shillong constituency.
