WGH Police recovers stolen bike; one held

TURA, July 12: A bike, which was reported stolen on June 28 this year and a case in this regard registered with Phulbari Police station, was on Tuesday recovered by the West Garo Hills Police.
One person suspected to be involved in the theft of the vehicle has also been taken into custody.
According to the police, the stolen bike belongs to one Brinitha Marak of Rongchandalgre village in Phulbari. The stolen bike is currently being kept at Damal A’sim police station. “The owner and the investigating officer (IO) have been informed for further necessary action,” police said.
