Shillong, July 29: People are buying goods from stalls during a celebration of “Atma Nirbhar Street Vendors” as a part of Svanidhi Mahotsav, organised by the Meghalaya Urban Development Agency and Shillong Municipal Board at Polo parking lot in the city on Friday.
