Bernard to be arrested again

SHILLONG, Aug 30: Jailed BJP state vice-president and Tura MDC Bernard N Marak will be arrested for the third time on Wednesday.
West Garo Hills SP Vivekanand Singh Rathore on Tuesday said the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tura has allowed the arrest of Bernard N Marak alias Rimpu in connection with a case related with the activities of Meghalaya Chamber of Commerce.
Marak is already in police custody in two cases related to running a brothel besides recovery of arms and ammunitions from his farmhouse in Tura known as Rimpu Bagan.
