MLA hitchhikes to Assembly

SHILLONG, Sep 12: West Shillong MLA Mohendro Rapsang had to take a lift on a scooty to reach the Assembly on time on Monday.
Shillong witnessed heavy traffic jam in the morning hours, so Rapsang left his car and hitchhiked to the Assembly. He wore an extra helmet which the rider was carrying.
