Elderly killed by miscreants

NONGSTOIN, Oct 7: A 77-year-old man has been allegedly killed by unknown miscreants, who trespassed into the former’s house in Mawthawduh under Ksehkohmoit village.
According to a complaint, which was received by Mairang Police on October 6, the unknown miscreants trespassed into the house of one Weskein Jana and allegedly destroyed all his belongings, killed him and dumped his body in a bushy place nearby his house.
Police have, meanwhile, initiated probe into the case.
