SHILLONG, Nov 1: The Hynniewtrep National Youth Movement will hold a sit-in outside the Secretariat on November 4 and 7.
HNYM president Louis Dohtdong told reporters that the sit-in will be from 11 am to 5 pm on Friday and from 10 am to 5 pm on Monday.
Dohtdong said the HNYF will protest on November 7 because Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit the city on that day.
The HNYM wants the state government to come up with a Employment Policy and there should be 80 percent reservation in both public and private sector for the locals.
