Tura, Nov 2: The West Garo Hills District Administration has declared November 10 as a local holiday on account of the 100 Drums Wangala Festival.
The notification in this regard was issued by Deputy Commissioner Swapnil Tembe and all government offices, courts, and educational institutions will remain closed on the day.
