Williamnagar, Nov 7: East Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner, Jagdish Chelani has issued a notification thereby informing that all Magisterial Court, Educational Institutions and Government Offices under the district will remain closed on November 10 as local holiday on account of “Wangala Festival’’.
