Union MoS joins Rozgar Mela from Meghalaya

SHILLONG, Nov 22: Union Minister of State (MoS) for the Ministry of Minority Affairs John Barla on Tuesday joined the Rozgar Mela from Meghalaya and distributed appointment letters to the new recruits here, following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address.
The Prime Minister on Tuesday handed out job appointment letters to more than 71,000 youngsters, during the second Rozgar Mela.
In Shillong, the Union MoS distributed the appointment letters and appealed to the new recruits to always work for the welfare and service of their countrymen.
“Under Rozgar Mela, the process is on for providing 10 lakh government jobs to youths in 38 ministries and departments of the central government. This is a significant opportunity for the youths of the country and an endeavour to empower them,” the Union MoS said.
