Former Meghalaya Speaker Mondal quits Congress

Shillong, Nov 29: Former Meghalaya Former Meghalaya Legislative Speaker and an ex-MLA, Abu Taher Mondal today resigned from the primary membership of the Congress party with immediate effect.

The former MLA who hails from Phulbari in West Garo Hills, has submitted his resignation letter to the President of Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC)
