Elderly woman separated from family after accident

SHILLONG, Nov 29: An elderly woman from West Garo Hills, aged about 70 years, has been separated from her family after road accident.
According to a statement issued by the Superintendent of Police, West Garo Hills, the woman was brought to Tura Civil Hospital on October 30 this year by an ambulance for treatment of fractured thigh bone caused by a traffic accident.
During the duration of her treatment, none of her family members or relatives visited her at the hospital. Moreover, she is unable to remember her name and address.
The SP has appealed to the family members or relatives to come forward so that she can be reunited with her family members or relatives at the earliest.
