Meghalaya trail Bihar on Day 1

Shillong, Dec 1: Bihar took a first innings lead of 120 at the end of the opening day of their first U-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy match of the season in Vadodara on Thursday.
Made to bat first after Bihar won the toss, Meghalaya could not put a three figure total on the board and was bowled out for a 90. Bihar was on 210/4 at stumps on Day 1.
Three Meghalaya batters got into double figures – Justin Fancon (18), Jarrett M Wanniang (16) and Number 11 Benedict Jones Makdoh (10).
For Meghalaya, Angkit Tamang (2/49), Gaurav Jyoti Thakuria (1/38) and Makdoh (1/51) were among the wickets.
