Garbage collection vehicle launched in city locality

SHILLONG, Jan 8: Former East Shillong MLA Ampareen Lyngdoh on Saturday launched a garbage collection vehicle, which was donated to the Dorbar Dong Nongrimbah through the MLA scheme at a cost of Rs 12 lakh.
During the programme, the symbolic ribbon-cutting was done by the senior members of the Dorbar Dong Nongrimbah.
Others who were present at the programme include Dorbar Dong of Nongrimbah A Lamare, Seng Samla of Nongrimbah president Thombor Wahlang, Seng Kynthei of Nongrimbah vice president Renu Kshir, former DGP WR Marbaniang and executive members of Dorbar Dong of Nongrimbah, et al.
