Shillong, Feb 4: The TMC nominee for prestigious South Tura constituency Richard M Marak, who is locking horns with Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, has deprecated the last five years as “a dark era”.
Debunking lack of development of Tura, he said TMC will usher in “winds of change” for propelling real progress of the area.
He squarely held Conrad Sangma responsible for the plight of people.
