SHILLONG, Feb 5: Meghalaya were held to a 1-1 draw with West Bengal in Group B of their men’s football match in the Khelo India Youth Games in Indore today.After winning their opener two days ago against Odisha, Meghalaya went ahead today in the 30th minute through an own goal by Bengal’s Anjit Singh. It wasn’t until the 73rd minute that Bengal substitute Bipradip Mondal equalised and the match finished all square.Meghalaya had trounced the same opponents in the tournament last year but were unable to produce a repeat performance.Meghalaya’s final group match will be against Karnataka on Monday at 10AM.
