STUTI training prog under way at NEHU

SHILLONG, Feb 7: A week-long Department of Science and Technology (DST), Delhi-sponsored Synergistic Training programme Utilizing the Scientific and Technological Infrastructure (STUTI) programme is under way at the North-Eastern Hill University, which will conclude on February 12.
The programme is being organised by the Department of Biomedical Engineering, NEHU, Shillong, in collaborations with the Jamia Hamdard University, Delhi, Sophisticated Analytical Instrument Facility, NEHU, and the Society for Neurochemistry India.
The theme of the event is ‘Innovations in Healthcare Technologies’.
Participants from all parts of the country are attending the workshop, which aims to disseminate extensive knowledge on the recent advancements in the development of healthcare technologies and how to translate research from laboratory to market or bench to bedside to make it customized and affordable.
