SHILLONG, March 3: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are expected to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Conrad Sangma on March 7.
According to Sangma, the new cabinet will take oath at 11 am at Raj Bhavan.
