SHILLONG, March 9: Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma on Thursday appointed Ampareen Lyngdoh, Paul Lyngdoh and Marcuise N. Marak as official Cabinet spokespersons.
The three are in addition to the CM and his deputy Prestone Tynsong.
