SHILLONG, March 18: The State Council of Science, Technology and Environment (SCSTE), Meghalaya, in collaboration with Bio-Resources Development Centre (BRDC) and Shillong Science Centre (SSC), will celebrate the National Science Day on March 22 to 23 at the State Convention Centre (Pinewood Annex), Shillong.
According to a statement, the programme, which is thematised on ‘Global Science for Global Well being’, will be attended by North-Eastern Hill University Vice Chancellor Prof Prabha Shankar Shukla on day one as the chief guest.
It was also informed that during the programme, 31 students will be awarded for scoring highest marks in Science Technology and Mathematics during the SSLC and HSSLC examination 2021-2022, conducted by MBoSE.
