Shillong, March 24: Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader in Meghalaya Assembly, Ronnie V Lyngdoh has stated that the disqualification of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi from the Parliament seems pre-planned and motivated. He said that such action against opposition leaders ‘is a threat to democracy and was never seen in independent India.’
